I have been trying to complete my Pokedex in X (just some bank legendaries left to go!) and whenever I had to evolve things with stones I wished that they looked cooler. So I decided to start drawing them! I did the water stone first which is why it is not as cool as the others (I also used less references). Also, gem refraction continues to confuse me, but I have picked up some general tricks to use to make the lighting look semi-believable. Next set will probably be leaf, moon, sun; then…
