Splashpad -- a fun, safe, inexpensive (compared to a pool) water play option for your yard. The play area looks like stone, but it's actually a springy, spongy, recycled rubber material. No skinned knees on this surface.
Look at this fabulous backyard water park that my husband (I mean my 3rd child) custom built in our backyard!!! It has a dump bucket, slides, water cannons, a kiddie section, squirting palm tree, and more! The water is chlorinated and recirculates. This is not a pool....this is not a splash pad....it's one of a kind!!! It is the first ever residential waterpark!!! It was not expensive to build either. Probably about the same as an above ground pool.
