inexpensive vinyl tablecloth with flannel backing. Using an old apron as a pattern, lay out the tablecloth face down, trace the body of the apron with a marker and cut it out. Then cut two 25-inch strips for the ties and one 22-inch strip for the neck strap. use two packages of white double bias tape as seam binding and machine sew it to the edge of every piece. Then securely sew on the ties and neck strap to the reverse side of the apron body.
