Woolen viking pants, exact reconstruction of pants found in Birka (Sweden), used mainly by Swedish vikings called Varangians in the East. The amount of woolen cloth used reflects something about wealth of their owner. These trousers offer very comfortable wearing. All visible stitches are hand sewn with linen thread. We are supplying them in these sizes S, M, L, XL. Material: woolen, linen.
Viking reenactment: a linen undergarment, a brown woolen dress with long sleeves, and an apron dress with silk decorations and metal posaments. Also a blue coat, a checkered shawl and a pair of needle bound mittens (dyed with yellow leek). On my head I'm wearing a silk veil, fastened to a linen cap with two needles. Everything is hand sewn with waxed linen thread. The jewelry is mainly Birka (as the rest of the outfit), but the large box brooch in front is based on a find from Gotland.
