Next time, I will try with low fat evap milk instead of cream as suggested for a healthier option but was very tasty using cream in the sauce. Also halved the water and only used half of the suggested chicken and was fine. My puff pastry pie bottom was soggy and wasn't fully cooked after the oven cooking time. Maybe next time I will blind bake it first before putting the filling in.
