How to Make Seitan (Beef Flavor)

My favorite seitan recipe. I use organic ketchup (so much better than regular), and add 2 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1 tsp pepper, and 2 tsp Worchestershire (the secret to getting it tasting "meaty").
