How-To-Paint-A-Sink-Before-and-After. Pinner used "Tough as Tile" epoxy paint from Ace Hardware. First she cleaned with CLR and sanded with steel wool. She repeated this 3 times. Then she brushed on the epoxy paint, let it dry, sanded, then repainted. Very good link shows photos and has good instructions.
