TRX Rows: The BEST TRX exercise. Keep the shoulders "packed", down and back throughout the movement. Don't allow the shoulders to come forward at the bottom. Start with the thumbs "down" and rotate as you pull the hands through the ribs into a neutral position. Make sure your pinching the shoulders together in the back. Keep the plank the whole time.
