Ginger In moderation, ginger is one of the best foods for acid reflux. It has been used throughout history as an anti-inflammatory and as a treatment for gastrointestinal conditions. Ginger root can easily be peeled, sliced, diced, or shaved using a grater. You can use it while cooking or add it to smoothies.
Quick Banana Sorbet Ingredients 3 bananas, peeled 1 tbsp. ginger (peeled and grated fine) 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom 2 tbsp. honey ¼ tsp. salt 3 cups ice Directions 1. Place the bananas, ginger, cardamom, honey, and salt in the blender. 2, Blend on high until smooth. 3. Add ice and blend until creamy. Add more ice as needed. 4. Serve immediately or store in freezer.
