This is one of my most favourite places! I go here to get fit/my butt whooped! It's beautiful, the trainers are incredible - both helpful and extremely nice/patient, and the program works! They set you up for a workout in the gym as well as an eating program for home. And they check up on you :) Anywhere that has smiling faces, serves expresso, and makes awesome shakes is perfection!
