Pad Thai-I made this with tofu instead of chicken. The sauce was yummy, but I didn't pour all of it over the noodles. Added it to taste. I also used lo mein noodles (not rice noodles), and soy sauce when done (which makes it for me). No eggs and 4 scallions, plus peanuts or cashews to toss in. YUM!
