I started out be coating the coaster molds with Vaseline so that the resin wouln’t stick to them. You can use mold release but Vaseline works just as well.

The self-promotional designs featuring senior citizens of a beach community, were done in collaboration with Parliament of Owls to launch their new letterpress imprintable die-cut coaster line titled The Coasters. The coasters were letterpress printed in Pantone 325 Green-Blue and Pantone 142 Orange on 60 point Pulp Board stock. See the rest on the Cranky Pressman’s blog.
