It is so easy to get caught up in the I want more game… Isn’t it?  It is easy to feel that value and success comes from surrounding ourselves with things, with commitments, activities, media and again more.  As with our houses sometimes we need to stop and clean up our lives.  Take away the garbage, mop our hearts, clean our brains,  put away the things we don’t need and as she wisely told me…to simplify. Keys to being happy- SIMPLIFY
