This is a chart to help beginning violin students learn to read music. It consists of a staff and treble clef and notes - low G to high B - that show all of the first position notes and their fingerings, color coded by string. It can be printed and posted on a bulletin board or handed out.
This FREE cheat sheet is great to print out and hand to beginning string students: violin, viola, cello, and bass. I asked my students to keep this in their music folder so that they can reference it during rehearsal and when they're practicing at home.
