Jenny Craig Breakfast recipe: Fruit Smoothie 1 banana 1 cup strawberries 1/2 cup raspberries and/or blueberries 1 (6oz) vanilla yogurt 1 cup nonfat milk 4 Tbls fat-free whipped topping Directions Blend fruit, yogurt and milk in blender until smooth. Pour into tall glass and top with whipped topping.
Mmmm....Strawberry & Banana smoothie as found in Fitness Mag....I like to add Protein Powder to mine...helps to curb the appetite and just enough to fuel my kids before their 2 hour soccer practices.... 1/2 medium banana,1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, 1 1/2 cups skim milk or light soy milk 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed Directions: Blend all until smooth. Strawberry Banana Smoothie ½ cup orange juice 1 cup non-fat plain yogurt 3 cup frozen sliced strawberries 2 medium banana, frozen and sliced (about 1 cup) ½ teaspoon vanilla extract In a blender, combine the orange juice, vanilla, yogurt, strawberries, and banana. Blend until completely smooth. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
