How I start my day... 1/4 cup of bold Starbucks coffee fine ground, one teaspoon Cinnamon, one teaspoon organic turmeric, pinch of black pepper (releases curcumin from turmeric) 24 ounces of filtered water and start the coffee maker. Usually only one per day!

Brewing with a Coffee Press is easy. Start by adding 2 tbsp of coarsely ground coffee per 6 oz of water. Pour water just off the boil over the grounds in a swirling motion, allowing them to “bloom” (bubble). After about 4 minutes, slowly press down the plunger. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.
