If you have never tried a Gooey Butter Cake you must really treat yourself!! This is one of those regional recipes. It is a St. Louis original recipe or at least that is what I have always been told and I believe to be true. You will not be disappointed at all. You will fall madly in love with this recipe.

Super easy Slow Roasted St. Louis Style Ribs made in the oven ~ These came out yummy! I did the dry rub and the oven method and then for the last half hour I used some BBQ sauce. Next time I will cut down a little on the salt (pork is salty as it is) and also cut down the cayenne a little for the kids (they thought it was a bit too hot though it was fine for the adults).
