Peanut Butter Cheesecake- I didn't have a spring form pan and just used a regular 9" pie pan. Then this recipe makes two pies! Review: let it set up and chill. tastes sooooo much better if it is chilled!!
Prepare 2 greased spring form pans. Layer each with the batter by pouring about half an inch of carrot cake batter first then dolloping the cheesecake in the middle then, alternating back and forth between the two batters on top. Only fill pan 1/2-2/3 full. Bake @350 for an hour and 20 minutes, until the edges are fully cooked and just the centre is a bit jiggly.
