Creamed Spinach ~ 1 large bag of spinach leaves 4 ounces cream cheese 1/4 C shredded parmesan cheese 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 T red onion, minced 2 T olive oil Salt and pepper to taste ~ Saute onions in olive oil. Add spinach and garlic. After cooked add cream cheese/parmesian cook until melted.
