Low Fat Spinach and Ricotta Pasta. Excellent! I modified mine based on my mood. I omitted the onion and basil (didn't have any on hand) and added cherry tomatoes I roasted in the oven. And, admittedly, mine wasn't incredibly lowfat. I used whole milk ricotta and whole milk, then I added fresh grated parm on top. YUM! JS
