maple glaze salmon 1 pound salmon 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 teaspoons soya sauce 1 clove garlic pinch of black pepper cover pan with olive oil and preheat oven to 400. mix maple syrup and soya sauce and brush over salmon. sprinkle spices over and bake for 20-25 mins until golden brown. so amazing!
