This is the perfect side dish for the holidays or to bring along to a potluck. Even better is that there are no dirty dishes to clean up besides the casserole dish.   Delicious food and easy cleanup – who doesn’t love that? I think I'd use mild chilies instead of jalapeno.

Southwestern Vinaigrette  - Williams-Sonoma  ~  Makes about 3/4 cup.    1/4 cup red wine vinegar  3 tablespoons honey  1 1/4 teaspoon chili powder  1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper  5 tablespoons olive oil  salt to taste    Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and toss with salad just before serving. Refrigerate leftover dressing.
