I cheated on this recipe - made it w/swai instead of tilapia and made w/rotel instead of chilis. IT WAS AMAZING. SO EASY. I don't have an outdoor grill so I preheated my oven to 450 and threw it in for 25 minutes. Came out perfect!!! So making this again.
