Homemade Dry Rub Seasoning Ingredients: 6 tablespoons brown sugar, tightly packed 2 tablespoons Kosher salt 1 tablespoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon thyme 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Directions: Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
