Set aside Put hot water into blender. Start blender. With blender going pour in the powdered milk /sugar mixture. Blend until smooth.  This recipe equals one can of store bought condensed milk.

Caprese bites. I made these last weekend for a party I went to. They were gone in minutes. I used the mozzarella balls marinated in olive oil and herbs, fresh basil & sweet grape tomatoes. I used colorful Long toothpicks & in the middle of the platter, I placed a small bowl of Balsamic for dipping. So delish & easy!
