Understanding Sleep Apnea Infographic - I have sleep apnea and when first diagnosed I wouldn't wear my c-pap machine at night like I was supposed to. Over a period of a year my red and white blood cell counts increased to way above abnormal. They thought I might have leukemia. Come to find out it was just lack of oxygen to my cells from not wearing my c-pap at night. I was slowly killing myself. Now I wear it every night!
