Laurentia Fluviatilis, aka Blue star creeper, is an adorable little plant that makes a low mat of round, green foliage and equally tiny light blue flowers in spring. Perfect for the rock garden or between stepping stones. Looks excellent around taller perennials and is useful planted over bulbs.
We added a free-standing limestone wall with boulder accents to help define the area. The front walk is reclaimed Chicago street pavers that lead up to a mortared bluestone stoop. The backyard features an irregular bluestone stoop, seatwall, fire pit and a reclaimed Chicago Street paver patio with a bluestone inlay. The seatwall with piers, steps and fire pit were all constructed using Rosetta dimensional stone.
