Get LEAN. Remember that each meal should contain a portion of protein and carbohydrates and at least two meals/day should also contain a selection of vegetables. Portion sizes are the size of a clenched fist. Follow this 6 days a week, eat literally whatever you want on Day 7. (via muscleandstrength.com)

The idea or a side plank in yoga, pilates, or PIYO was not possible when I started, however, not impossible! Building your core and booty doesn't have to happen on the floor. Using a wall or even standing up right while holding on to the back of a chair are great modifications!
