The Silver Slipper, Las Vegas - operated from September 1950 to November 29, 1988, starting out as the Golden Slipper, and changing to the Silver Slipper. In 1988 the building was imploded to make room for a parking lot. The "Slipper" can still be seen in old downtown Las Vegas.

The Silver Slipper closed in 1988, but you can still see the sign on Fremont Street as part of the Neon Museum installations.
