I love this! Anyone who works with children with autism knows the difficulties in regulating emotions. This chart is very simple. You can post it on your board or on the wall in your room. It lists several coping skills (self-management, self-regulation) that you can teach to your students. They are extremely useful ways for students to calm themselves down without making noise or getting out of their seats.
