Four Seasons Restaurant NYC - Years ago there was a trattoria downstairs from the Four Seasons, which shared the same kitchen (different menu). We 'struggling artists' couldn't afford to eat upstairs (although every once in a while we'd get all dressed up and go have a drink in the bar), but the food in the trattoria was more rustic, cheaper and delicious!
Years ago I was introduced to fresh cheese tortellini with Alfredo sauce at a lovely restaurant at London’s Heathrow Airport. I’ve been a big fan ever since. I don’t indulge too often, but I’m often tempted to. Cheesy, rich, and classic, this copycat, Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce, is the easiest sauce you will ever make!
