This is a great resource to remember Restorative Justice Approach vs. the Traditional Approach when dealing with a situation. I will use this in my classroom for future conflicts that may arise. This will not only help me deal with the situation, but also help the students and others involved so they too can have closure and their voices heard.

Use on the First Day of Middle School to open dialog with students about their expectations of the teacher. Good Ice breaker too. This could be tweaked and done with mini units as well especially as students start new math objectives.
