Grilled Pork Tenderloin   1 1/2 - 2 lb. pork tenderloin 2 T. olive oil 2 T. balsamic vinegar 1 tsp. soy sauce 4 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 tsp. black pepper  Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper.  Place the tenderloin in a Ziploc bag and pour in the marinade.  Marinate for at least 2-3 hours, the longer the better.  Fire up the grill, you want the heat to be at least 400 degrees.  Remove the pork loin and place on the grill, cooking for approx. 30-35 minutes…
