IN SEARCH OF THE PERFECT CHIPOTLE DRESSING 1 cup mayonnaise (I used Smart Balance... I guess that makes me feel healthier)*  1/2 - 1 cup milk  1 - 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce  Ranch dressing mix  Salt, to taste  Juice from one lime    *To make this even healthier, I've heard it's good with Greek yogurt. I'm going to try it soon, and I'll let you know how it goes.
