Grungy Ruta Lee is Approx. 22".... She holds in her arms a little 5" Rooster...The facial details are a sculpted nose, pinch-stitched mouth and primly stitched eyes...Her hair is real sheep wool, hand stitched on...Ruta Lee is wearing a grungy homespun fabric dress, chicken wire fabric print smock and muslin fabric pants...She is holding her Beloved Rooster in her arms, which has been grunged, stitched and painted...I have pinned Ruta Lee's hands together to hold her rooster...This set would be a great addition to your prim-country home...I used a pattern by "Lucy's Lazy Days Primitives" to make this adorable set. My dolls are handmade by me one at a time...I use fabric scrapes and poly-fill to stuff my dolls...The clothing is stained overnight for a deep rich stain and sprinkled in cinnamon for the grungy look we all love...This doll is hand painted, sanded and stained with a grungy cinnamon stain...All my Dolls are made in a Smoke Free Home...
