Rocky Mountain spotted fever (RMSF) is an acute febrile illness caused by Rickettsia rickettsii and spread by a tick vector. Unfortunately, up to one-third of patients in endemic areas do not recall a tick bite. After a 1–2 week incubation period, patients develop the abrupt onset of fever, chills, myalgias, malaise, nausea, and vomiting. The characteristic rash is erythematous and blanching, appearing first on the ankles and wrists then spreading inward in a centripetal (inward) fashion.
This is one natural remedy that you need for a tick bite to help prevent all tick borne diseases including Lyme and Rocky Mountain Spotted fever. Works for people and animals. I always take this with me when I go camping just in case.
