Rocky and bullwinkle characters

The Rocky & Bullwinkle Show (1959-64) ABC/ NBC ~ The series is structured as a variety show. Their adversaries are the Russian spies Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale. Supporting segments include Dudley Do-Right, Peabody's Improbable History, and Fractured Fairy Tales. The show mixed puns, cultural and topical satire, and self-referential humor, so it appealed to adults as well as children. The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show was ranked the sixth Greatest TV Cartoon of All Time by TV Guide.
