How To Roast - This year I am roasting a 3 pound turkey roast with white & dark meat. 325 degree oven - 1.75 to 2 hours or until center is 175 degrees. Seasoning consists of a melted stick of butter infused with a special concoction of mine over the stove for a few minutes. (fresh or freeze-dried sage, rosemary, thyme, garlic, minced onions, minced spring onions, salt & pepper).
