Baked Sliced Potato - I didn't have the right size dishe for this but still tried it in an pan. The edges became crispy fast! The middle was still undercooked. But what I was able to eat, it wasn't too bad. I will have to try this again.
Double Smoked Farmer's Sausage and Kale Soup. I used my own chicken stock made with one whole head of garlic and some from the box. The most Ah-Mazing Roasted Potatoes! These are so easy to make! Cook a pierced potato in the microwave for 6-7 mins. (flip every couple mins.) til soft all the way thru. Cut in half, then into squares (just down to skin). Season with butter, parmesan Lawrys. Place in oven on aluminum foil-lined pan and BROIL for 10-15 mins. Enjoy!!!
