Weekly Inspiration 1 - I tend to find myself in a very frantic state when I'm failing to tick tasks off my overwhelmingly long to-do list, leaving me feeling distracted and ready to just drop everything and give up. Most people would probably recommend Yoga or Meditation, both of which I enjoy and intend to do more of, however I have also found that looking for inspirational quotes and images helps me in refocusing my mind and finding the motivation to keep going.
Morning guys. I hope you remember today that if you slip up, you can restart your day at any time. You don't have to wait til the next day to start over. Just sit down, breathe for a few minutes, and start again. Yeah baby, this is totally #WildlyAlive!
