Spicy Vegan Peanut Butter Tofu with Sriracha I wasn't crazy about the sauce. I think maybe the Siracha made it too vinegary for my taste. So I added 2-3 tablespoons of brown sugar and 1 1/2 tablespoons EXTRA peanut butter and it tastes so much better to me. More like a peanut satay sauce. Next time I would try crushed red pepper for spice instead of Siracha.
