SUPER Simple Beef and Noodles. 1/2 bag of egg noodles 1 packet onion soup mix 1 box of beef broth 2 Hormel beef tips in gravy Serves at least 4 1. Pour beef broth into pot and add onion soup mix. I add about another cup and a half of water to cut down the salt of the soup mix. 2. Pour in 1/2 bag of egg noodles into cold broth mix. 3. Bring to medium boil until most of the liquid cooks out. 4. Heat beef tips in micro per instructions and add to noodles. 5. Voila! Delish!!

Neiman Marcus Dip ~ 5 - 6 green onions, 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise, 1 jar Hormel Real Bacon Bits, 1 pkg. slivered almonds. Chop the green onions. Shred the cheddar cheese. Mix the onions, cheese, mayo, bacon bits, and slivered almonds together. Chill for a couple hours. Serve with Ritz crackers or corn chips.

Rigatoni with (leftover) shredded pork in a mustard thyme cream sauce. HOLY CRAP WAS THIS GOOD!! I don't even like mustard all that much, and this was amazing! I used a whole grain grey poupon and the pork loin I made two nights prior (even though it was seriously herb encrusted)... Excellent!
