This is a basic recipe for a 20 minute stir-fry with chicken, broccoli, and ramen noodles. It's also totally adaptable. Don't eat chicken? Cubed tofu works great! Have other vegetables you prefer or need to use - swap them out for broccoli.
¼ cup water¾ cup low sodium beef broth1 tablespoon ginger, minced2 teaspoons sesame oil2 tablespoons cornstarch6 tablespoons oyster sauce6 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar1 tablespoon brown sugar½-1 teaspoon Sriracha (depending on how spicy you would like it)sesame seeds for garnish, if desired
Ramen Noodle Salad, I love this salad! 2 pks noodles, 2.5 oz. bag sliced almonds, 3/4 C sunflower seeds, 1/2 C chopped red onion, 1 bag broccoli slaw, both seasoning pkts, 3/4 C oil, 1/2 C vinegar, 1/3 C sugar, grilled chicken. Combine first 5 ingredients. In separate bowl, combine next 4 ingredients. Pour over noodle mix. Top with chicken. Mix. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Mix again. Enjoy!!
