Philly Steak. 2-3 lbs eye of round sliced into strips, 2 green bell peppers sliced into strips, 1 white onion sliced into strips. 1/2 tblsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 2 tbslp beef boullion, 1 Tblsp  of A1 steak sauce, 1/8th tsp each of salt and pepper. Put peppers, onion and steak in freezer bag. Mix seasonings and liquids and pour over contents of bag. Seal and freeze. Thaw the night before. Crock on low for 7 hours. Serve on philly rolls, top with provolone…
