Omg - so good! 1 pk IP Potato Puree 1 Egg 1 TBsp Water 1 tsp Grapeseed Oil ~Combine and divide into two portions ~Heat skillet to med and spray with nonstick spray ~Spread each portion into pan and form a round patty ~Cook until lite brown on each side (I put ham, mustard, and a small slice of Swiss on mine) (Swiss was a cheat)

Low Sodium Meatloaf   I didnt do the celery or carrot, I added more garlic and a whole white onion, 2 eggs 1.50 lb hamburger, Panko bread crumbs instead of oats, no milk. Also added a pinch of cayenne and turmeric for health!
