Egg Yolk Citrus Cookies - Made this. Halved to use up the three yolks from the gf french bread recipe and used my gf flour blend. Used orange and vanilla only as was out of lemon. My butter was almost melted, so the cookies were thinner, but they were delicious! Even halved, the recipe made a few sheets of cookies, not that they lasted long. -J
