CROCK POT DUCK A L'ORANGE: Really easy and SO impressive. Just season duck either breasts or legs/thighs (I've done both), frozen OJ, oranges, an apple and an onion in crockpot. Discard fruit/veggies and done! Skin is crispy, brown, gorgeous- and duck is juicy and flavorful. Could also work with chicken.
