Salmon Patties.1 (14.75 ounce) can of pink or red salmon, drained 1/3 cup of finely minced onion 1/4 teaspoon of freshly cracked black pepper, or to taste 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley 1/4 teaspoon of fresh lemon zest 15 crackers, crushed fine 1 large egg, beaten 1/8 cup of water 1/2 cup of canola
Salmon Patties! So, I made these with 1 large can of red salmon, 1/2 cup of fat free ricotta cheese, 3/4 a cup of oats, 2 egg whites, cilantro, dill, garlic salt, cayenne pepper (for a kick!) and pepper. Mixed all the ingrediants together, shaped mixture into patties, sprayed a pan with oil, cooked them on the stove until brown, and voila!
