Corn Chaat: Some of the best snacks in the world come from India….samosa’s, pani puri, pav bhaji to name a few! Today I’ll be sharing a simple corn chaat recipe with you. It’s great for a mid morning and mid afternoon snack and the healthier you make it, the better for you. I wanted to recreate the flavours of the chaat using corn as the main ingredient which resulted in a mouth watering delight:)
Pav Bhaji. And to make the spice mix: Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Dry Mango, Cardamom seeds, Pepper, Salt, Fennel, Cinnamon, Dry Ginger, Bay Leaf, Cloves, Star anise, Caraway, Nutmeg, Mace. In order of amount.
