Just stick this in your students' "Bring Back to School" side of their folder and have the kids update daily.I give a bookmark as a reward for each one turned in and after a student turns in three, he or she gets to check out an age-appropriate chapter book from my personal library.

Looking for a way to keep track of your student's reading? These cute monthly reading logs allow you to do just that! Each night the child reads, they simply color a coordinating picture and at the end of the month, if all of the pictures are colored in, they can earn a reward of your choice. Send these home at the start of the month or keep them at school in a folder where students can track their reading for the month.
